COMMISSARY ACCOUNT:

Money can be placed on an inmate's commissary account for the purchase of items through our KEEFE COMMISSARY service.  There are a number of items that can be purchased from food to sundries, providing there are no restrictions placed on the inmate.  Money can be applied in the following ways:

  1.      Any money that is brought in by an inmate is placed on their commissary account at the time of booking.
  2.      Cash, credit or debit cards can be deposited into the kiosk in the lobby of the Grafton County Facility 24 hours a day
  3.      Deposits can be made via the internet by credit or debit at www.AccessCorrections.com  or by calling 1-866-345-1884
Cash cannot be sent through the mail or by money order to the facility for deposit.  All monies must go through the channels listed above.

* There is a fee for using the service and that will reduce the money placed on the account.  Money put on the accounts is available in approximate 15 minutes or sooner.  A daily limit of $300 per deposit is in place.

**If there is money left in the Commissary Account at the time the inmate leaves, that money is returned to them at the time of release in the form of a debit card.

PHONE ACCOUNTS:  ALL PHONE CALLS (other than attorney calls) ARE RECORDED

Inmates are allowed to make phone calls out of the facility providing they are not on any kind of restrictions.  Each unit has phones available for use and utilizes a phone service through ICS Solutions.  There are various ways in which a call can be made.

PREPAID ACCOUNT:This type of account allows you to set a specified amount of money in a prepaid account in order to receive calls from an inmate.  The money in this account does not allow the inmate to do anything more with that money.  Payment options are credit cards, debit cards, or check-by-phone.  You can call ICS Solutions at 1-888-506-8407 or visit their website at www.ICSolutions.com

*If there is money left on the prepaid account when the inmate is released, the person setting up the account must request the return of that money through the same avenues as the original request.

DEBIT  THROUGH COMMISSARY ACCOUNT:  Money that is put into an inmate's commissary account can be spent on commissary items such as food and sundries, and can also be used to make telephone calls.  This is more of a general debit account which gives the inmate more flexibility to do what they like with their money.

COLLECT CALLS:  Collect calls can be made to land line phones if the service provider allows it and there is no delinquency on the phone bill.  Collect calls can not  be set up for cell phones as a general rule. Contact your service provider for further clarification.

ALL CALLS TO ATTORNEYS ARE FREE TO THE INMATE
